Did you order the wrong products? Then you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt. You will then receive the purchase amount, including shipping costs, back. You only pay for the return costs. If you want to replace the products with other products or if you have received defective items, we will take on the shipping costs of the new delivery.
If you want to return products to Lightinova you must first make a request on our website.
To make a request follow the following steps:
Login to Lightinova.nl.
Click on My orders on the left side of this page.
Click on "view" behind the placed order.
Under this order you will find the Return Items button.
Enter the number that you want to return.
Choose which action you want to take and add an explanation.
Select the reason for your return request (wrong product, defective product, etc.). Click on "send".
Your application has now been submitted.
After processing your request you will receive an e-mail with the return form (Returns). Print the document out and add it to your package.
Note: A return will not be processed without this document being added.
Conditions for returning goods:
- Items may not be used and undamaged.
- Items must be in the original packaging.
- Return form must be included in the package.
- If you have ordered the items incorrectly yourself, you will have to bear the costs for returning the goods yourself from sending them back to our location in the Netherlands.
Have you placed an order and would you like to cancel it? Then call our customer service as soon as possible. Our automated order system processes your order as quickly as possible, as a result of which cancellation is often no longer possible. In that case you can refuse the package at the door and it will come back to us.
