This villa is a home in which personal choices and refined design complement each other. This home surprises with its unique layout, and the outdoor space offers every conceivable luxury. Fun fact: the complete styling and interior design was done by the residents themselves, with a keen eye for detail and harmony by ByTilly.

ENTRANCE | DEEP & ELONGATED

From the street, this villa reveals little of what lies behind it. The façade appears modest, but once you drive up the enormous driveway and pass through the front door, you enter another world. The house is deep and elongated, so you don't immediately see its size, but the more surprising it is when the rooms unfold before you.

LIVING & KITCHEN | BEATING HEART

The living room shows that grand living does not have to be cold. The lamps in Lightinova's CLIXX Slim magnetic rail system provide subtly directed light. This allows the interior to stand out in detail. The brushed bronze Spot35 and Spot35D spotlights in the Clixx Slim rail system are perfectly matched to the interior. Also available in brushed champagne, gold, and gunmetal, in addition to regular white and black.

However, the heart of the home beats in the kitchen. The kitchen is not only centrally located in the home, but also forms the hub of daily life. Lightinova lighting plays an essential role here. The Albast Tube 400 pendant lights above the kitchen island provide luxurious and atmospheric lighting, while the rimless built-in CONE spotlights provide optimal functional lighting for the kitchen.

The real showpiece is located above the dining room table. Not only is this Albast ring pendant lamp functional, but the unique vein pattern in the natural stone makes this lamp a lasting impression. A sculpted work of art hanging from the ceiling.

Anyone who retreats to the bathrooms in this home will feel like they are in a boutique hotel. The master bathroom exudes serene luxury with subtle lighting provided by Lightinova's built-in CONE ceiling spotlights. The sleek design of the spotlights ensures a seamless and refined connection to the interior.

EXTERIOR | SPACIOUS GARDEN

The outdoor space of over 3,300 square meters is just as impressive as the house itself. At the front, the enormous driveway emphasizes the stately appearance of the house, while at the rear, the garden unfolds like a green oasis. Here too, Lightinova has accentuated this home to perfection with built-in ceiling spotlights. In addition to functionality, this enhances the overall ambiance of the home.
